What we build by default
By default we build a static, multi-page website designed to your brand and specification.

- Contact form, click-to-call, WhatsApp click-to-chat and Google Maps embed

- An agreed number of revision rounds during the build
Owned & paid by you
These stay in your name and under your control. We'll guide you through setup, but the accounts and their recurring costs are yours.
- Domain name — purchase and annual renewal / maintenance
- Web hosting — purchase and ongoing renewal / maintenance
- Any third-party paid services or licences (premium plugins, fonts, stock media, business email, etc.)
Not included
The default build is a static website. The following are out of scope and can be built as separate, paid work once scoped and quoted together:
- Dynamic blog or content management system (CMS)
- CRM or third-party software integrations
- E-commerce, shopping cart or online payment checkout
- User accounts, logins or membership areas
- Custom booking / scheduling engines beyond the WhatsApp booking in our plans
- Custom web applications, dashboards or databases
- API integrations with external systems
- Multi-language versions of the site
- Ongoing content updates or redesigns after handover (beyond the agreed revisions)
How extra work is handled
Need anything from the “not included” list — or anything not listed here? We'll discuss it first, scope it, and give you a written quote. Work only begins once you approve it, and it's billed separately as a one-time cost.
Final scope, design and revision count are confirmed in writing before the build begins. Anything not expressly listed as included is considered out of scope unless separately agreed in writing. Timelines depend on how quickly content and approvals are provided. Domain and hosting must remain active in your name for the website to stay live.
