Yes. The booking automation runs on your own verified WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) connected to bijnis.xyz. We guide you through connecting it and completing Meta business verification. All Meta/WhatsApp conversation charges are billed to you directly and are separate from your bijnis.xyz plan.
