CA Partner Program Terms

The Program lets an eligible chartered accountant (a "Partner") refer local businesses to bijnis.xyz. When a business you refer subscribes to a paid plan, you earn a recurring referral commission on their payments, as described below. The Program is a referral arrangement only — it does not make you an employee, agent, or authorised representative of bijnis.xyz, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

• You are a chartered accountant resident in India.
• You can provide a valid PAN and an Indian bank account in the same name as the PAN holder for payouts.
• The Program is currently open to Indian residents only. Applicants outside India are not eligible at this time.

We review every application and may approve or reject at our discretion. If rejected, we tell you the reason and you are welcome to correct it and apply again.

Apply using the application form. You provide your name, email, WhatsApp number, PAN details (with a photo/scan of your PAN card for verification), and your bank details. We verify your details, then approve or reject. On approval you receive an email with a secure sign-in link to your partner dashboard, where you get your unique referral link.

• You earn 20% of each payment a business you referred makes to bijnis.xyz for their subscription, calculated on the pre-tax amount (before GST) actually paid, after any discount.
• Commission is earned for up to 12 payments per referred business. After 12 payments from that business, no further commission accrues for them.
• Payments can be spread out — if a business skips a month and pays later, that later payment still counts, up to the 12-payment limit.
• A business is credited to one Partner only — the first Partner whose referral link they used when they signed up. This attribution does not change afterwards.
• The commission rate that applies to a business is fixed at the rate in effect when that business signed up through your link. If we change the Program rate later, it applies only to businesses acquired after the change; businesses already referred keep their original rate.
• No commission is earned on your own account or on payments that are reversed by a payment dispute.

As required under Indian tax law, we deduct TDS at 5% from the gross commission before paying you. Your payout receipt shows the gross commission, the TDS deducted, and the net amount paid.

• Your PAN is mandatory — TDS and the related tax filings cannot be completed without it.
• Your Form 16A (TDS certificate) is issued through the Income-Tax Department's TRACES portal after we file the quarterly TDS return; it is not generated by bijnis.xyz directly.
• The TDS rate is set by applicable law and may change; the current rate is always the one shown on this page.

• Commission is paid monthly, in arrears, by bank transfer to your registered account.
• Commission accrued in a calendar month is paid between the 1st and the 5th of the following month. For example, commission earned in August is paid between the 1st and 5th of September.
• Each payout is accompanied by a payment receipt (emailed to you) showing the gross, TDS, and net amounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your bank and PAN details current and correct. We are not liable for payments delayed or misdirected due to incorrect details you provided.

We collect and store your name, email, WhatsApp number, PAN details, PAN card image, and bank details solely to run the Program — to verify you, pay your commission, and meet our TDS and statutory obligations.

• Your PAN card image is stored in a private, access-controlled store, encrypted at rest, and is accessible only to authorised bijnis.xyz personnel for verification and compliance. It is never made public.
• If your application is rejected, your application details and PAN card image are deleted.
• If you are approved, we retain your PAN and payout details for as long as you are an active Partner and for the period we are legally required to keep tax records, because your PAN is needed for the TDS we deduct on every payout. After that, they are deleted.
• We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for more.

• We may update these terms or the Program. Material changes are reflected here with a new version and date.
• We may change the commission rate for future referrals; businesses you already referred keep the rate they were signed at.
• We may suspend or remove a Partner, and withhold commission, in cases of fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.
• We may modify or discontinue the Program; we will honour commission already validly accrued at that point.

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and bijnis.xyz. You are an independent referrer, responsible for your own taxes (beyond the TDS we deduct) and compliance.
