Important: all WhatsApp API usage charges (conversation fees, message charges) billed by Meta are your responsibility. These are separate from your bijnis.xyz subscription. Meta's WhatsApp Business API pricing is based on conversation volume and varies by category (utility, marketing, authentication). If your Google Business Profile doesn't reach the top 5 for your primary 'service near me' keyword within 30 days of your Google Business Profile going live, we continue working at no extra charge until you do.

One eligibility requirement: Google's ranking algorithm uses reviews as a core signal — a profile with no reviews cannot rank in the top 5 regardless of how well it is optimised. The guarantee therefore requires a minimum of 5 genuine Google reviews to be collected on your profile during the 30-day window. We provide you with a shareable review link at onboarding to make this easy — you share it with existing customers, family, or anyone who has experienced your business. If 5 reviews are not collected within 30 days, the guarantee clock pauses and resumes from the day your 5th review is posted. You do not lose the guarantee — it simply waits until the review condition is met.

The 30-day guarantee clock starts from the day your Google Business Profile goes live on Google Maps. Google's verification process typically takes 5–7 business days — we notify you on WhatsApp the moment your profile is live.
