Our 30-Day Performance Guarantee
If your business does not achieve the agreed qualifying ranking outcome for your selected primary keyword within 30 days of the Guarantee Start Date, we will offer you continued service at no additional charge or a refund of your first month's subscription fee — subject to the eligibility conditions in this Refund Policy.
1. Performance Guarantee
bijnis.xyz offers a 30-Day Performance Guarantee for eligible customers on the Vistar and Shikhar plans.
If your business does not achieve the agreed qualifying ranking outcome for your selected primary keyword within 30 days of the Guarantee Start Date, we will provide one of the remedies described in Section 4 below, subject to this Refund Policy.
For the purposes of this policy:
- Primary Keyword means the single target keyword or keyword phrase agreed in writing during onboarding (for example, "[service] near me").
- Guarantee Start Date means the later of: the date your Google Business Profile is fully verified and live; and the date you have completed onboarding and provided all information, approvals, and access requested by us.
- Qualifying Ranking Outcome means the ranking metric expressly confirmed by bijnis.xyz in writing during onboarding.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing during onboarding, the default qualifying ranking outcome for this guarantee is appearance in the top 5 organic Google search results for the agreed Primary Keyword in the agreed target geography.
If we instead agree in writing that the guarantee will be based on Google Maps / Local Pack / Google Business Profile visibility rather than organic search rankings, that written definition will replace the default metric above for your account.
2. Eligibility for the Guarantee
The 30-Day Performance Guarantee applies only if all of the following conditions are met:
- You are subscribed to an eligible plan.
- You complete onboarding within 5 days of signup.
- You provide all requested business information, assets, approvals, and access credentials in a timely and accurate manner.
- Your Google Business Profile and related business information comply with Google's policies and applicable law.
- You do not revoke access, delay approvals, or interfere with implementation during the guarantee period.
- You do not make material changes to your business name, address, phone number, category, website, location, or other core ranking factors during the guarantee period without our written approval.
- You follow our reasonable implementation guidance during the guarantee period.
Failure to satisfy any of the above conditions may make the guarantee unavailable.
3. Situations Where the Guarantee Does Not Apply
The guarantee does not apply where performance is materially affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:
- Google algorithm updates or ranking volatility;
- suspension, reinstatement delay, verification issues, or platform enforcement affecting your Google Business Profile;
- inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or non-compliant information supplied by you;
- late onboarding, delayed approvals, or failure to provide requested access or assets;
- changes made by you or third parties to your website, profile, listings, reviews, categories, business information, or SEO setup without our approval;
- business relocation, service-area changes, rebranding, domain changes, or major offer changes during the guarantee period;
- severe or unusual market conditions, including high-competition verticals or locations, where we have notified you in writing during onboarding that a modified target, timeline, or guarantee structure applies; or
- force majeure events, outages, or failures of third-party systems or platforms.
If your industry, geography, or keyword is unusually competitive, we may define a modified ranking target, longer evaluation period, or custom guarantee terms in writing during onboarding. If no such modified terms are agreed in writing, this Refund Policy alone will apply.
4. Remedy if the Guarantee Is Not Met
If you remain eligible and the Qualifying Ranking Outcome is not achieved within 30 days of the Guarantee Start Date, bijnis.xyz will offer one of the following remedies, at our discretion or as otherwise stated in your written service agreement:
- Continued Service at No Additional Monthly Charge: We will continue working on the agreed service until the Qualifying Ranking Outcome is achieved, without charging additional monthly subscription fees for the continued-work period; or
- Refund of First Month's Subscription Fee: We will refund the first month's subscription fee actually paid for the eligible plan.
For clarity:
- the customer is entitled to one final remedy only under this policy for the same guarantee period;
- if a refund is issued, the guarantee is fully satisfied and no further free service period will apply for that same claim;
- if continued free work is provided and the customer later cancels, no separate additional refund will be due unless required by law or agreed by us in writing.
Any one-time setup fee, third-party charges, taxes, domain fees, paid media spend, or separately purchased add-ons are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
5. How to Claim Under the Guarantee
To submit a claim under this Refund Policy, you must contact us within 7 days after the end of the applicable 30-day guarantee period.
Your claim must include:
- your business name;
- your registered email address or phone number used during signup;
- the agreed Primary Keyword;
- the relevant Google Business Profile or website details; and
- any supporting information reasonably requested by us.
We may review account records, onboarding completion, profile status, approvals, access history, and relevant ranking data before determining whether the guarantee conditions were satisfied.
6. Standard Refund Rules
Except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law:
- subscription fees already paid are non-refundable;
- partial months and unused portions of active billing periods are non-refundable;
- setup fees, onboarding charges, domain fees, hosting charges, third-party tool costs, paid advertising spend, verification costs, and taxes are non-refundable; and
- refunds are issued only to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund within 7 to 14 business days of approval.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank, card network, payment gateway, UPI provider, or financial institution.
8. No Waiver of Legal Rights
This Refund Policy is a commercial policy offered by bijnis.xyz. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights that may be available to you under applicable law.
