Our 30-Day Performance Guarantee

If your business does not rank in the top 5 Google search results for your primary "[service] near me" keyword within 30 days of your Google Business Profile going live, we will work for free until you do — or refund your first month's subscription fee.

1. Overview

At bijnis.xyz, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund or claim our performance guarantee. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

2. The 30-Day Performance Guarantee

2.1 What We Guarantee

For subscribers on the Vistar and Shikhar plans, we guarantee that your business will rank in the top 5 organic results on Google Search for your agreed primary "[service] near me" or "[service] in [city]" keyword within 30 days of your Google Business Profile being verified and active.

2.2 If We Don't Deliver

If the 30-day milestone is not met, you have two options:

  • Continue at no charge: We keep working on your profile, website, and SEO at no additional cost until you reach the top 5. Your subscription is paused (no further charges) during this period.
  • Full refund: Request a full refund of your first month's subscription fee. The one-time ₹500 setup fee is non-refundable.

You choose which option you prefer. We do not make that decision for you.

2.3 Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for the performance guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • You are on the Vistar or Shikhar plan (the Seed plan does not include Google Business Profile services).
  • You completed onboarding — provided all required business information, photos, and verification details — within 5 business days of your subscription start date.
  • Your business legitimately operates in the service area and category claimed on your Google Business Profile.
  • You have not violated Google's Business Profile policies in a way that caused suspension or removal of your profile.
  • The target keyword was agreed upon and documented during onboarding (not changed after the fact).
  • You have not requested removal or modification of content we published during the guarantee period.

2.4 How to Claim

To claim the performance guarantee:

  • Contact us within 7 days after the 30-day window closes.
  • Email hello@sotlabs.net with your business name and the subject line "Guarantee Claim".
  • We will verify your ranking, review the onboarding conditions, and respond within 5 business days.

3. Standard Refund Policy

3.1 Setup Fee

The one-time ₹500 setup fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. It covers account creation, domain configuration, and onboarding resources already consumed at signup.

3.2 Monthly Subscription Fees

  • Within 48 hours of subscription start: If you have not yet provided any business information and no work has begun, we will issue a full refund of your first month's subscription fee (excluding setup fee). Contact us within 48 hours of payment.
  • After 48 hours: Subscription fees are non-refundable once work has commenced (website build started, GBP setup initiated).
  • Mid-cycle cancellation: If you cancel your subscription mid-month, no partial refund is issued for the remaining days. Service continues until the end of the paid period.

3.3 Service Discontinuation by bijnis.xyz

If bijnis.xyz discontinues a service or shuts down, we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid subscription fees covering the remaining period.

3.4 Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same period due to a payment processing error, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge. Contact us at hello@sotlabs.net with your payment details.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
  • Bank processing times vary; allow up to 5 additional business days for funds to appear in your account.

5. What Is Not Covered

  • Ranking drops caused by Google algorithm updates after the 30-day guarantee period ends.
  • Performance issues caused by the customer's own actions (e.g., editing or removing the GBP content we set up, violating Google policies).
  • Industries with extreme competition where top-5 ranking within 30 days is not commercially feasible. We will inform you during onboarding if this is the case, and the guarantee terms may be adjusted by mutual written agreement.
  • Seed plan subscribers (Seed plan does not include GBP services).
  • Customers who delayed onboarding beyond the 5-day window.

6. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our resolution of a refund request, you may escalate to our senior management at hello@sotlabs.net. We commit to resolving all escalations within 10 business days.

If we cannot reach a mutually agreeable resolution, disputes shall be handled as described in Section 11 of our Terms of Service.
